Теорія і практика функціонування виховної системи навчально-реабілітаційних закладів для дітей з особливими освітніми потребами

Abstract

У дисертації обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади функціонування виховної системи навчально-реабілітаційного закладу, комплексно розкрито управлінсько-організаційні та технолого-методичні аспекти її моделювання і практичного забезпечення, проаналізовано інноваційний досвід модернізації освітньо-реабілітаційної практики за напрямами підвищення її життєтворчого, компетентнісного та соціалізаційного потенціалу. Концептуалізовано цілісне авторське бачення теоретико- методологічних основ корекційного виховання дітей з особливими потребами, можливостей забезпечення його компенсаторної спрямованості й організаційної специфіки фахового супроводу. За підсумками експериментального дослідження експліковано наявність в експериментальних закладах суттєвої, статистично значущої позитивної динаміки, що доводить ефективність розробленої та впровадженої виховної системи навчально- реабілітаційних закладів для дітей з особливими потребами.The thesis substantiates theoretical and methodological principles of educational system functioning in education and rehabilitation establishments, comprehensively reveals the managerial and organizational as well as technological and methodological aspects of its modeling and practical support, analyzes the innovative experience of modernizing education and rehabilitation practices in the areas of increasing their life-creativity, competence and socialization potential. The author conceptualizes the holistic vision of theoretical and methodological framework for remedial education of children with special needs, possibilities of providing its compensatory orientation and organizational specificity of its professional support. The model of the educational system of an education and rehabilitation establishment is substantiated; on the basis of unified conceptual dispositions it combines the following system-forming elements: methodological and target component, subject and environmental component, functional and activity component, managerial and performance component. According to the results of mathematical and statistical analysis of the empirical data, performed on the basis of methodical algorithms for processing quantitative research results by Student's t-test, Mann-Whitney U-test and Fisher's φ*-test, in experimental establishments there was revealed the presence of substantial, statistically significant positive momentum proving the effectiveness of the developed and implemented educational system in education and rehabilitation establishments for children with special needs
