Propagandistic and Political Approaches Overcoming in Representing Foreign Experience of Future Teachers’ Training in Ukrainian Educational Magazines during the So-Called Time of «Pluralism and Transparency» (1985-1991)

The author analyzes changes and peculiarities of representing the pedagogical experience of foreign countries in pedagogical periodicals of the Soviet Ukraine during the times of perestroika (1985–1991) when tendencies of overcoming political and propagandistic approaches began to be apparent in the printed media. The author discovers pedagogical possibilities of using foreign innovations borrowed from the press and applied in practice of future teachers’ training during dynamic political changes of the described period. The author gives and describes some examples of articles from the Ukrainian magazine “Soviet School” and other publications of educational periodicals.

Проаналізовано зміни та особливості у висвітленні педагогічного досвіду зарубіжних країн на сторінках періодичних педагогічних видань у часи підрадянської України, але перебудовного періоду (1985–1991), коли в друкованих засобах масової інформації почали простежуватися тенденції подолання політичного і пропагандистського підходів у змісті публікацій. Виявлено педагогічні можливості застосування закордонних інновацій, запозичених з преси, в практиці підготовки майбутнього вчителя у період динамічних політичних перетворень описуваного періоду.
