Комунікабельність майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери, що працюватимуть з девіантами

У статті розкриваються суть терміну “комунікативні здібності”, структура комунікативних здібностей та рівнева характеристика особливості комунікабельності студентів майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери, що працюватимуть з девіантами. За допомогою методики багатофакторного дослідження особистості Р. Кеттелла ми визначили, що у незначної кількості студентів І курсу Інституту соціальної роботи та управління НПУ імені М.П. Драгоманова є високий рівень комунікабельності, найбільш поширеним є середній і низький рівень комунікабельності (як серед юнаків, так і серед дівчат).

The article describes the concept of «communication skills», a structure of communication skills and multi-level characteristic of communication skills of students - future specialists of social sphere, who will work with deviants. The structure of the communicative abilities includes certain skills and specific personality traits that positively influence on interaction process: capacities to listen and understand others, to transfer and receive information, to perceive and evaluate a communicational situation, to predict its development, to express themselves; a gift to use feedback to respond; persuasion, tact, discipline, attentiveness, courtesy, empathy, sociability, creativity; a gift to be demanding not only to others but also to him/herself. We have identified and characterized 3 levels of students’ sociability: high, medium and low. Using R. Cattell’s Personality Factor Questionnaire, we determined that a small number of students of the first academic year of the Institute of Social Work and Management of Dragomanov NPU have a high level of
communicative skills, a medium level and a low level of communication skills are the most common (for both male and female). Therefore, students with an average level of communicative abilities are able to form their thoughts clearly, but they lack of concision. They can select a proper style of communication. Although, they do not always provide emotional reactions to their partners, but they can quickly react to change their behavior. In
addition, students try to take into account emotional states of their interlocutors but cannot overcome without difficulties psychological barriers during
communication.

В статье раскрываются понятие «коммуникативные способности», структура коммуникативных способностей и уровневая характеристика особенностей коммуникабельности студентов будущих специалистов социальной сферы, которые будут работать с девиантами. С помощью методики многофакторного исследования личности Р. Кеттелла мы определили, что у небольшого числа студентов I курса Института социальной работы и управления НПУ имени М.П. Драгоманова обнаруживается высокий уровень коммуникабельности, наиболее распространенным является средний и
низкий уровень коммуникабельности (как среди юношей, так и среди девушек.
