Особливості реалізації принципу самовиховання у виконавській самопідготовці майбутніх педагогів-музикантів

У статті розроблено механізми реалізації виховних аспектів виконавської
самопідготовки студентів педагогічних університетів як майбутніх учителів музики, виявлено художньо-педагогічні засоби самостійного здобування необхідних знань та умілого застосування їх на практиці для розв’язання різноманітних навчальних і виховних проблем. Автором запропоновано алгоритм поетапного застосування в процесі самопідготовки педагогів-музикантів принципу самовиховання як важливого положення, що грунтується на реалізації потреб та мотивів фахового навчання, має суттєвий вплив на цілеспрямовану творчу художньо-виконавську діяльність.

Modern teacher is a creative person, a leader of progressive educational ideas of universal
and professional values. He must be able to implement interesting artistic projects.
Problems of performing training of future teachers-musicians are specific. They determine
the ability of the teacher to perform music al works at a high artistic level, to create a musical image on the basis of adequat ever baland performing interpretation, and to applyitin educational work with pupils. Student sdevote a lot of time to improving their musical performances (play in gon musical instrument, singing, conducting). Self-training a future music teacheris a very important form of independent training. This is a self-directed educational activity. It is organic all combined with planned training sessions based on a common goal. Effective independent work has the following features: an important goal, activity and selfdiscipline of the student in the process of performing the assignment, special time for educational work; in direct teacher's guidance. Self-education is the organization of the irown lives, the formation of skill sand habit sassustain able ways of be havior. Methods of self-education: dialogical, problem and game techniques, as well as discussions, business and creative games, trainings, creative reports, design, artistic contests.
