Формування загальнолюдських цінностей майбутніх педагогів в реаліях трансформації освітнього середовища вищої школи (90-ті роки ХХ століття – перша чверть ХХІ століття)

У статті представлено комплексний історико-педагогічний аналіз процесу формування загальнолюдських цінностей майбутніх педагогів у контексті динамічних трансформацій освітнього середовища вищої школи України, що охоплює період з 90-х років ХХ століття до першої чверті ХХІ століття. Автор обґрунтовує, що досліджуваний період є визначальним для розуміння еволюції аксіологічних засад педагогічної освіти: від подолання наслідків ідеологічного тиску радянської доби до інтеграції в глобальний інтелектуальний та соціокультурний простір. У роботі детально розкрито сутність поняття «класичний університет» як особливого соціокультурного середовища, що виступає не лише осередком трансляції знань, а й фундаментом для розвитку громадянського суспільства. Виявлено, що трансформація вищої школи в цей період відбувалася через гуманізацію та інноваційну діяльність, що базується на зміні ціннісних орієнтацій від репродуктивних до творчо-суб’єктних. Окрему увагу приділено викликам першої чверті ХХІ століття, зокрема цифровізації освіти та необхідності збереження загальнолюдських етичних норм у віртуалізованому середовищі. Доведено, що формування «позиції вихователя» у майбутнього педагога є результатом створення цілісного освітньо-виховного простору, який забезпечує ефективну реалізацію виховного потенціалу педагогічної освіти. У висновках підкреслено, що сучасний університет як суб’єкт суспільного розвитку стимулює студента до самостійного засвоєння професійної культури та примноження культурних здобутків свого народу. У статті акцентовано увагу на важливості розвитку педагогічної самосвідомості як ключового фактора формування духовно-моральної особистості вчителя, здатного до професійної діяльності в умовах соціальної турбулентності.

The article presents a comprehensive historical and pedagogical analysis of the process of forming universal values of future teachers in the context of dynamic transformations of the higher school educational environment of Ukraine, covering the period from the 90s of the XX century to the first quarter of the XXI century. The author proves that the studied period is decisive for understanding the evolution of the axiological foundations of pedagogical education: from overcoming the consequences of ideological pressure of the Soviet era to integration into the global intellectual and socio-cultural space. The paper reveals in detail the essence of the concept of «classical university» as a special socio-cultural environment that acts not only as a center for the transmission of knowledge but also as a foundation for the development of civil society. It was found that the transformation of higher education during this period took place through humanization and innovative activities based on changing value orientations from reproductive to creative-subjective ones. Particular attention is paid to the challenges of the first quarter of the XXI century, in particular the digitalization of education and the need to preserve universal ethical norms in a virtualized environment. It is proved that the formation of the «educator’s position» in the future teacher is the result of creating an integrated educational and upbringing space that ensures the effective realization of the upbringing potential of pedagogical education. The conclusions emphasize that the modern university as a subject of social development stimulates the student to independently master professional culture and increase the cultural achievements of their people. The article emphasizes the importance of the development of pedagogical self-awareness as a key factor in the formation of the spiritual and moral personality of a teacher capable of professional activity in conditions of social turbulence.
