Анотація
В статье рассматривается проблема профессионального усовершенствования
учителей-музыкантов, их творческая самореализация в учебно-воспитательном процессе.
Целью такого усовершенствования является стимулирование личностных творческих качеств
учителя, установка«субъек-субъектных» отношений, в которых ученик(студент) – отправная
точка учебного процесса.
The article is considered the problem of professional development of teachers of music and their creative self in the educational process.The artistic and aesthetic improvement of teachers is important part of the formation of musical and pedagogical skills. The main objective is to encourage improvement of personal creative qualities of the teacher, the establishing of "subject-subject" relationship, where the student is the starting point of the educational process.
