Формування трансверсальних навичок при вивченні іноземної мови: дошкільний та шкільний рівень

Глобалізаційні тенденції сучасної епохи формують принципово нові критерії для учасників освітнього процесу, передусім стосовно конкурентоспроможності отриманих компетенцій у трудовій сфері. Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню потенціалу мовно-літературної предметної галузі щодо формування трансверсальних навичок (soft skills) у здобувачів дошкільного та шкільного рівнів освіти в умовах глобалізаційних викликів сучасної епохи. Автором статті розкрито сутність понять «м'які навички» та «трансверсальні компетенції» в освітньому контексті, проаналізовано еволюцію наукових поглядів на формування soft skills, обґрунтовано необхідність системного розвитку цих компетенцій засобами іноземної мови. Особливу увагу приділено вивченню можливостей курсу іноземної мови для розвитку навчальних навичок (критичне мислення, креативність, самонавчання), навичок грамотності (медіаграмотність, цифрова грамотність), соціальних навичок (командна робота, комунікативність, емоційний інтелект) та особистісних компетенцій (гнучкість, тайм-менеджмент, ініціативність). Дослідницею визначено практичні напрямки формування soft skills на дошкільному етапі (ігрові методи з елементами проблемних ситуацій, інтерактивні групові форми роботи, сторітелінг, драматизація) і в школі (проблемно-пошуковий метод, проектна діяльність, дискусії, кейс-метод, цифрові технології).
Значну увагу автором статті приділено обґрунтуванню форм та методів формування трансверсальних навичок, серед яких виділено критичне читання текстів, creative writing, digital storytelling, технологію портфоліо, колаборативне онлайн-навчання. Дослідження доводить ефективність впровадження комплексного підходу до розвитку soft skills, спрямованого на формування конкурентоспроможних компетенцій учнів у контексті сучасного ринку праці. Розроблені методики можуть бути впроваджені в освітній процес на всіх рівнях мовної освіти.

The globalization trends of the modern era form fundamentally new criteria for participants in the educational process, primarily regarding the competitiveness of the acquired competencies in the labor sphere. The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the potential of the linguistic-literary subject area regarding the formation of transversal skills (soft skills) in preschool and school-level education recipients under the conditions of globalization challenges of the modern era. The author of the article reveals the essence of the concepts "soft skills" and "transversal competencies" in the educational context, analyzes the evolution of scientific views on soft skills formation, substantiates the necessity of systematic development of these competencies through foreign language means. Special attention is paid to studying the possibilities of the foreign language course for developing learning skills (critical thinking, creativity, self-learning), literacy skills (media literacy, digital literacy), social skills (teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence) and personal competencies (flexibility, time management, initiative). The researcher identified practical directions for soft skills formation at the preschool stage (game methods with elements of problem situations, interactive group forms of work, storytelling, dramatization) and in school education (problem-search method, project activities, discussion, case method, digital technologies).
Significant attention by the author of the article is given to substantiating forms and methods of transversal skills formation, among which critical text reading, creative writing, digital storytelling, portfolio technology, collaborative online learning are highlighted. The study proves the effectiveness of implementing a comprehensive approach to soft skills development, aimed at forming students' competitive competencies in the context of the modern labor market. The developed methodologies can be implemented in the educational process at all levels of language education.
