Професійна підготовка вчительки в педагогічній концепції К. В. Єльницького

У статті автором проаналізовано теоретичні погляди вітчизняного педагога другої половини ХІХ – початку ХХ століття К.В.Єльницкого на проблему теоретико-методологічної підготовки вчительки як складової її загальнопрофесійної майстерності. Визначено вплив педагогіки на професійну підготовку особистості. Обґрунтовано роль фахових знань у формуванні майбутнього вчителя. Розкрито провідну роль педагогічної майстерності у наближенні вчителя до ідеалу, розглянуто шляхи його втілення в діяльності педагогів зазначеного періоду.

On the basis of the analysis of documents, archive sources, scientific literature and periodicals there have been established the author analyzes the theoretical views of the national teacher, scientific, the active public figure of the second half of the XIX early XX century K.V.Elnitskogo at the problem of theoretical and methodological training of teachers as part of its general professional skills. Influence of pedagogic techniques on individual professional training was analysed. Role of professional skills in training of future teachers been proven. The theoretical principles of formation of the image of an ideal teacher, the prerequisites for its origin have been defined on the basis of the analysis of pedagogical literature. The essence and structure of the ideal have been substantiated. The stages, priority tendencies of the teacher’s ideal, the factors which influenced the formation of teacher’s ideal have been revealed. The leading role of pedagogical skill in achieving the ideal by the teacher has been disclosed. It was found his contributions to the development of pedagogical mastership as the dominant component of the teacher pedagogical action. The model of the teacher’s ideal has been worked out. Its embodiment in the teacher’s activity of the studied period has been considered. The maintenance actual pedоlogical K.V.Elnitskogo ideas concerning successful development of the person is opened. The contribution of regional teacher to the development of school education and pedagogical ideas of country is showed.
