Педагогічна майстерність спілкування тренера як спортивного менеджера команди в ігрових видах спорту

У статті розглянуто педагогічну майстерність у спілкуванні тренера як спортивного менеджера з гравцями команди. Здійснено аналіз спеціалізованої літератури з обраної проблеми та обґрунтовано актуальність теми. Встановлено роль тренера як управлінця спортивною командою впродовж навчально-тренувального процесу. Метою дослідження є визначення та обґрунтування функціональних критеріїв педагогічної майстерності тренера як спортивного менеджера команди у підготовці спортсменів у ігрових видах спорту. Використано методи: теоретичного аналізу літературних джерел; метод класифікації та метод узагальнення. Розглянуто диференціацію конкретних видів діяльності. Наведено основні функції спортивного менеджера у спорті. Описано та наведені управлінські практичні уміння та навички тренера-керівника. Визначено та обґрунтовано функціональні критерії педагогічної майстерності тренера як спортивного менеджера команди в ігрових видах спорту. Висновок. Підготовка майбутніх тренерів з ігрових видів спорту з управління спортивною командою в процесі підготовки до змагань є необхідним впровадженням у освітній процес майбутніх фахівців педагогічної практики засвоєння спортивного менеджменту для формування та розвитку професійної діяльності команд у зовнішніх зв’язках з відповідними спортивними організаціями.

The article examines the pedagogical skills of a coach as a sports manager in communicating with team players. An analysis of specialized literature on the selected problem was carried out. The relevance of this topic is substantiated. The role of the coach as a sports team manager during the educational and training process has been established. The purpose of the study is to define and justify the functional criteria of the pedagogical mastery of the coach as a sports manager of the team in the training of athletes in game sports. Methodology. The methods used are: theoretical analysis of literary sources; classification method and generalization method. The differentiation of specific types of activity is considered. The main functions of a sports manager in sports are given. The managerial practical skills and skills of the coach-manager are described and given. The functional criteria of the pedagogical mastery of a coach as a sports manager of a team in game sports are defined and substantiated: they know the theoretical and practical foundations of a specific sport; are able to use the latest means, forms and methods of learning; constantly organize educational work in a team; systematically monitors the activities of athletes, the functional state of the body and dosage of the load; applies the principle of individual approach to preparation for specific exercises, role in the team; systematically analyzes one's own activity, takes into account mistakes for further restructuring of professional activity in the direction of improving the educational and training process and organizational and managerial work in a team. Conclusion. Therefore, the training of future game sports coaches in the management of a sports team in the process of preparing for competitions is a necessary introduction into the educational process of future specialists in the teaching practice of sports management for the formation and development of the professional activity of teams in external relations with the relevant sports organizations.
